Shipping & Delivery
All webshop orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Every order is carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage in transit. On release of the shipment, we will email the delivery note to you with the tracking number. This will enable you to follow the progress of your parcel on its way to you.
Order processing times
Orders for glass viscometers received before 11 am UK time will be shipped on the next working day. Orders for viscosity oil standards received before 11 am UK time will be shipped two working days from receipt order.
VAT
Parcels destined for an address in the United Kingdom are subject to GB VAT at 20%. This will be added to the order at time of check-out. Individual product pricing in the webshop is shown exclusive of VAT.
UK & EU Parcels
UK parcels are shipped by courier and usually arrive the next day. (Excluding Highlands and islands). EU parcels are shipped by courier and typical delivery times to mainland Europe are 2-3 days on Economy Service.
International Shipping
Parcels destined for customers outside of the UK and the European Union are shipped by courier on Express Service. Typical delivery time is 3-4 days.
Freight collect
If you have a preference for using your own courier to collect the parcel, we will be more than pleased to accommodate that. Please reach out to our friendly team on sales@psl-rheotek.com with your request.
Customs clearance
Depending on your location in the world, you may have to settle import duty with the courier before your parcel is released to you. The courier acts as our customs agent. If this is the case, you will receive a notification direct from the courier. Once the payment has been settled, the parcel will be released and delivered to your premises. In some countries, a customs clearance fee may be payable, even if no import duty applies. All parcels are despatched on Incoterms DAP - Delivered at Place. The HS code for glass viscometers is HS 9027 8990 and the HS code for viscosity oil standards is HS 38229000.

If you find on inspection of your parcel, that anything is broken or damaged, please contact us straight away to discuss a way forwards.
